A man by the name of Guillermo Habacuc Vargas has created a new art form. KILLING DOGS. Yes, he chained a dog to the walls of a art gallery and starved him to death. People actually came to see this horrible display of cruelty and showed no emotion to the dog that lay dieing at their feet. Please go to this site and sign this petition. Guillermo(dog killer) plans on doing another display. I hope that you sign this petition and help an innocent dog. PLEASE HELP STOP THIS!!!!!!! Petition to stop this horrible cruelty
